Since 1997, following major changes in UK pension legislation, Kestrel has helped unlock in excess of £100 million of clients’ pension funds. Kestrel is one of very few companies with UK pension expertise specifically in respect of UK expatriates and only advises in respect of UK pension funds.
As President, I have more than 40 years experience in the pension business and, collectively with the Kestrel team, we have hundreds of years of experience in the pension industry. This helps us to provide a best in class service to our clients, as we are able to guide clients through the complexities of UK pension legislation, and ensure that our clients are kept up to date with the continuously evolving pension business and legislation.
Our service includes a review of your existing UK pension at no charge to you. As part of this review, we will consider whether a Self Invested Personal Pension Plan (SIPP), specially developed for UK expatriates, or a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme (QROPS), or perhaps a staged approach would be most suitable, depending upon your retirement plan.
